AE board/channel cannot be identified in software?
Brief：When SWAE software is in use, the AE board/channel cannot be identified in SWAE software when the cable connection is correct.
When SWAE software is in use, the AE board/channel cannot be identified in SWAE software when the cable connection is correct. There might be two reasons:
1. Reason 1: The USB driver is not installed, or the USB driver is incorrectly installed.
Solution: Install the USB driver correctly according to chapter 4.2.4 of SAEU3H Instruction Manual.
2. Reason 2: The sequence of SWAE software and SAEU3H acquisition host start up is incorrect。
Solution: After USB driver is installed correctly, connect SEAU3H hardware with PC properly first, then start SAEU3H host, and then open SWAE software, find the Hardware and Sample-Sample Settings window, click Refresh, and you can see the identified channel number.
