1 Overview
The waveguide is a key component in the acoustic emission detection system. The waveguide is often used to efficiently transmit the acoustic emission signals (such as cracks, leaks, etc.) generated inside the structure to the sensor, while isolating the direct impact of harsh environments such as high temperature and corrosion on the sensor. The main body is made of stainless steel, which has high temperature resistance (up to 500°C), corrosion resistance and radiation resistance. Its bottom is magnetic and can adsorb on the surface of the object being measured. The overall rod is 30cm long and is suitable for complex scenes such as high-temperature equipment, deep buried pipelines, and nuclear power equipment.
