Brief:SAEU3H adopts plug-and-plug structure design and can be equipped with different number of AE boards on the chassis to achieve different number of channels according to different needs.
1. Panel introduction of SAEU3H chassis
SAEU3H adopts plug-and-plug structure design and can be equipped with different number of AE boards on the chassis to achieve different number of channels according to different needs.
① Network communication board:optional and detachable. For data communication between the unit and analysis software.
② EX-parameter 4-channel AE board:optional and detachable. For AE parameter and external parameters collection.
③ Standard 4-channel AE board:detachable. For AE parameters collection.
④ Channel indicator: There are 8 indicators on each AE board, and 2 indicators for each channel from top to bottom; The green light on the left is the signal threshold indicator, which will shine when the threshold is triggered by the acoustic emission signal; The yellow light on the right side is preamplifier status indicator. After the AE board is correctly identified, the preamplifier status indicator will light up.

⑨ Number:Indicates the number of AE boards ahead of this chassis when the chassis is cascaded.

2. Installation of various AE boards
Standard 4-channel AE board: Each AE board contains 4 channels; Users can select the number of acquisition boards according to different needs.
Network communication board: The SAEU3H chassis has two different communication modes: USB3.0 and Ethernet. The default configuration is USB3.0 communication. If you choose Ethernet for data communication, you need to select the network communication board for communication. Please note: When choosing to use the network communication board, the network communication board needs to occupy one board slot, and only occupy the leftmost board slot.
EX-parameters 4-channel AE board: has one more external parameter acquisition channel than the standard 4-channel AE board, and the interface is a 16-pin LEMO port, which can acquire the external ±10V voltage signal and acoustic emission signal synchronously. If this board is selected, it needs to occupy the board slot before the standard 4-channel AE board, and it needs to be used with EX-PARA box.
