Description

The voltage signal output by acoustic emission sensors can sometimes be as low as a few microvolts. Such weak signals, if transmitted over long distances, will inevitably decrease in strength. The original sensor signal needs to be amplified several times before transmission, and then transmitted to the signal acquisition unit through a high-frequency coaxial cable. The preamplifier is an analog circuit, with the input being the voltage signal output from the acoustic emission sensor, and the output being the amplified analog signal.

  • The PAS3 preamplifier is a broadband universal type that can be used for most common types of sensors and acoustic emission acquisition cards from various manufacturers
  • The preamplifier gain can be selected from 14, 20, 34, 40, 54, and 60 (note: supports fine-tuning 0dB or -6dB on gains of 20dB, 40dB, and 60dB)
  • Built in filter, with 4 selectable frequencies
  • Support single ended input or differential input
  • There are two power supply options: phantom power supply, which is carried and supplied by signal lines; Or directly powered by an external power source
  • Capable of protecting against electrical shock and restoring against blocking phenomena
  • Automatic Sensor Testing (AST) function, which can emit test signal sources to sensors (note: it needs to be used in conjunction with upper computer software, such as Qingcheng's SWAE software)
  • Equipped with input/output reverse protection capability, with indicator light prompt. The green indicator light indicates that the input/output terminals are connected correctly
