Description and Features
The GH150 is a compact 150 kHz high temperature acoustic emission sensor designed for structural monitoring and NDT applications on hot metallic surfaces up to 600°C.
With a stainless Invar steel shell and contact surface, 60–400 kHz frequency range, IP68 protection and integral BNC cable, GH150 is suitable for AE monitoring of pressure vessels, pipelines, tanks and other high-temperature metallic equipment.
This model is designed with a 1–1.2 m high-temperature resistant metallic tube and a 2 m cable, making it suitable for applications where the sensor needs to be installed near a hot surface while keeping the cable connection area away from direct heat exposure.
When to Use GH150
GH150 is recommended when a compact 150 kHz AE sensor is required for direct high-temperature monitoring on metallic structures.
Typical use cases include:
- High-temperature pressure vessel monitoring

Although GH150 can operate up to 600°C, actual installation should still consider surface temperature, coupling condition, mounting force, cable routing and mechanical stability.

(7) Verify the channel response before formal testing or long-term monitoring
