High-Pressure Reactor Tower AE Monitoring at Puguang Gas Field (ISAE)

Brief:Intrinsically safe, explosion-proof IoT acoustic emission (ISAE) modules monitor the crack status of a high-pressure reactor tower at the Puguang Gas Field in Dazhou, with LoRa wireless data transmission to a safe zone kilometers away and alarms pushed to

At the Puguang Gas Field in Dazhou, intrinsically safe, explosion-proof IoT acoustic emission (ISAE) units were installed on the outer wall of a high-pressure reactor tower — exactly at the locations where crack monitoring and alarms are required (along the longitudinal welds).

Monitoring data is transmitted over LoRa wireless to a gateway installed in a safe zone several kilometers away, and from there to any network-reachable location — including the cloud IoT platform — where alarms are raised and can be pushed to engineers' mobile phones.
