Acoustic Emission Testing of Urea Synthesizer Tower

The acoustic emission testing method and other detection methods were used to detect and evaluate the structural integrity of multi-layer wrapped urea synthesizer tower.

Our company cooperated with the inspectors of Jiaozuo Boiler Inspection Institute to carry out the acoustic emission testing of urea synthesis tower in Henan Wuzhi Lvyu Electric Chemical Fertilizer Plant. After 5 hours of detection, the work was successfully completed. According to GB/T 18182-2000 "Acoustic Emission Detection and Result Evaluation Method for Metal pressure Vessels", two effective acoustic emission location sources AS1 and AS2 were obtained during the whole detection process. As shown in the acoustic emission data location diagram below. Client was satisfied with this test and gave us high evaluation about the result.
