There are two kinds of AE acquisition and processing boards, standard 4-channel AE board and E X -parameter 4-channel AE board. Both AE boards are compatible with SEAU3H chassis.

For some special needs of the occasion to use,we have a Network Communication Board to chose, which could be a substitute of USB 3.0 port on the chassis.

Couplant is required to use in between the sensor and the surface to be measured. The standard source of simulation is the pencil lead break signal.

GI40 is a passive piezoelectric acoustic emission sensor with built-in 40dB28V preamplifier. And 15kHz-70kHz bandwidth makes it suitable for detecting low frequency acoustic emission signals.

GH150 is an Ultra high temperature AE sensor with 1-1.2 meters high temperature resistant metallic tube and 2 meters cable, shell and contact surface are stainless invar steel, could be installed in ultra high temperature area.

G10 is an ultra low frequency acousitc emission sensor with narrowband. And 1Hz -15kHz bandwidth makes it suitable for detecting very low frequency acoustic emission signals like geologic structure, leakage and corrosion.

The G40 is a passive piezoelectric AE sensor with narrowband. And 15kHz-70kHz bandwidth makes it suitable for detecting low frequency acoustic emission signals. It belongs to the low frequency sensor.

GI150 is a narrowband integrated AE sensor with built-in 40dB28V preamplifier. Stainless steel material makes it reliable and endurable and its 60 kHz-400 kHz bandwidth covering the frequency range of most AE applications.
