AE Signal Acquisition and Processing Board
4-channel AE board
There are two kinds of AE acquisition and processing boards, standard 4-channel AE board and E X -parameter 4-channel AE board. Both AE boards are compatible with SEAU3H chassis.
DAQ module, 4 channels per board, independent 16-bit ADC, max sample rate 10M/s per channel and 1Gb independent cache storage.
Acoustic Emission Acquisition and Processing Board
We produce two kinds of AE acquisition and processing boards, standard 4-channel AE board and EX-parameter 4-channel AE board. Both AE boards are compatible with SEAU3H chassis. And different combinations of AE board can be selected to meet different requirements.
Standard 4-channel AE board
The standard AE board adopts the design of 4 channels per board, each channel has maximum sampling rate of 10M/s, 16-bit independent ADC, high-speed signal processing, 1GB independent cache board, to ensure that data is not lost; unique hardware real-time digital filter can arbitrarily control the signal bandwidth.

EX-Parameter 4-Channel AE Board
The EX-Parameter AE board is the standard AE board plus an input port for external inputs. The interface of the external port under the four AE input ports is a 16-pin LEMO female connector, which can acquire the external ±10V analog signals.
If there is external sensor inputs requirement, the EX-Parameter AE board should be used. In every defined time, the system will read the external sensors trough the external parameter port and display the result readings in the software, together with the AE feature parameters.
The EX-Parameter AE board is required to occupy the first board slot followed by the standard 4-channel AE board. The EX-PARA Box is provided for wiring connection to the external input LEMO port.
